Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from the University of Utah. Her interests vary from spiritual living, holistic health inlcuding nutrition & fitness, nature, and living in a rural community while renovating her 109 year old farm house. She recently purchased and old tractor and is eager to get started on her 5-year-plan of creating her scerenity garden.

Karen has raised her own eight children and then raised grandchildren for 7 years.
